The listing photos for each listing displays the size of the stickers on a 1.5x1.9 inch box. This will give you an estimate for how large the stickers are. On the same photo there is a full sheet of stickers, so you can see how many stickers are included on each sheet.
Additionally, product descriptions also have the exact measurement of the sheet size listed.
Our shop is based in Canada so our account is set in Canadian Dollars (CAD)
Because we now many of our customers are located outside of Canada, we have given our customers the option to use the built-in currency switcher. This switcher will only allow you to see and browse the shop in your local currency.
While the content of your cart may be displayed in your local currency, you will be checkout using with Canadian Dollars at the most current exchange rate.
Please be aware that if you are using Apple Pay, discount codes will NOT be applied. Currently there is no way around this issue as it is a limitation with the payment processor.
Using Apple Pay bypasses the Checkout Page where discount codes can be entered and applied. If you do decide to use Apple Pay please note that you will not be able to use and discount codes, and codes will not be added by Vanstickie once an order has going through.
Discount Code box will only show up in the Cart Page when a customer qualifies for a free gift with purchase. If a customer is NOT eligible to receive a gift with purchase (because discount code brings them below requirements) or customer decides to Opt Out, the customer must go through to the Checkout Pageexpand the "Show Order Summary" button in order to access the discount code section.
We try our very best to make sure we send quality items in a timely manner. Each sheet is inspected and every order is checked against a packing slip before it is sent out. However, we are only human and things sometimes slip trough our quality check. We apologize if this occurs to you.
We take pride in ensuring that we only send the best quality to our customers. To make sure your products are kept safe every order is secured in a clear plastic bag and card stock to prevent your stickers from bending. Depending on your order size each order is sent out in either card stock envelop, flat lay, or bubble mailer.
Once your package has been dropped off to the postal service I am no longer responsible for any damage that is caused by transit to you. That is something I can not control.
Refunds will not be issued for damaged packages.
If there is a print quality issue and it somehow missed us we will send you a replacement. Please keep in mind we use ink jet printers and some papers we print on have a slight texture, which can cause the ink to feather. Now under normal circumstances you won't notice it at all. However if you are looking extremely close you may see some slight feathering.
If there print lines, inconsistent color, or streaks please email us this is not normal.
If your stickers are not pealing up, or the cut lines are incorrect please email us so we can get it corrected.

If your order has already been shipped, we unfortunately cannot change your address. But if it has not yet been processed, please shoot us a message at firstname.lastname@example.org with your new address and order number!
No, we cannot combine orders due to the volume of mail that we handle daily. It is very difficult to locate an order in various stages of processing and in order to keep processing times low, orders cannot be combined, cancelled, or modified once it has been placed. Thank you for your understanding!

Our shipping costs are flat rate for stickers and paper products, which means that whether you order 1 sheet, or 100 sheets, you are paying the same shipping fees. Please keep in mind that shipping fees also include costs for your packaging materials so it is not just the amount that you see on the postage.
Since they are considered flat rate fees, there will be no refunds, nor will you be asked to pay extra if your package is particularly heavy and exceeds the regular postage fees.
The following are estimates for mail delivery. This may vary greatly depending on holidays, weather conditions, postal service disruptions, customs delays, etc.
Canada: 2-12 business days United States: 4-25 business days International: 6-36 business days
Certain international countries such as Thailand, Russia, Israel, Malaysia, Brunei, Africa, etc., where Canada Post does not often have high mail volumes to will have longer delivery times and usually be closer to the 35 business days estimate.

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please wait one more week to allow the postal service time to reroute the mail back to me in case it was not deliverable. If nothing shows up after that extra week, feel free to send us an email and we will try our best to figure something out with you!
We have a window of 21 days after your latest delivery estimate window to help you with order related issues. If you do not contact us within this window, we will be unable to assist you due to the amount of time that has passed and post offices not being able to provide any further information.
Please note that there may be reshipment fees in the case of missing orders.
Collect 15 bows, snap a picture, write the date, and send it to me to claim a deluxe sampler. Each die cut/ die cut set you purchase you will also receive a bow, which can be found in the cellophane bag that your die cuts will come in.
Please email BEFORE you make an order to get the proper instructions on what to write in the "notes to seller" before checking out. If you plan to make a purchase and then send a photo of your completed card you must write a note in the "notes to seller" before checkout letting the Vanstickie team know that the photo is to follow. In short you MUST leave a note in the notes to seller informing us you are claiming a deluxe freebie.
This is a game in which you want to collect the items from the bottom of the various Promo sheets during the year, each month it will be a different item
You can place the monthly item(s) on the "blank collector's card". It is designed as a bare desk. Each of the monthly items are items you can place and "decorate" your desk. Collect all items from the different months and make your own personalized desk spread. If you collect all 12 items at the end of the year you will be entered to win a grand prize at the end of the year.
Every month there is a featured mini sticker sheet that will be discounted for that particular month. Each month there will be a different sheet. On the sheet there is one sticker that you can use to put on you "collector's card". At the end of the given month that particular sheet will go back to regular price. All previous months will be available on the website just in case you miss out on one of the promo sheets.
Due to the nature of our items, returns and exchanges are not accepted.
We offer only the highest quality items to you however please let us know if your item is damaged or defective and we will do our best to take care of you. All situations are treated on a case-by-case basis.
Several types of goods that are exempt from being returned include:
