Processing Times

The processing times stated on the alert bar are estimates. We will try our best to fulfill your order within those times frames. However, during large sales or event please allow for extra processing time because of possible increased traffic and sales.

Change in Order Details

Once an order has been made they will not be modified. For example, adding a pr code to get additional discounts or freebies, or modifying your shipping address. Please make sure you have everything in the notes to seller and that we have the right address before submitting your order. . 

We also can not add to your order once you have paid. We do not have access to that kind of payment modification.

Cancellations

We accept cancellations made only within 24 hours of your purchase. Cancellations are not accepted during major events and sales.

Returns, Exchanges, and Damaged Goods

We try our very best to make sure we send quality items in a timely manner. Each sheet is inspected and every order is checked against a packing slip before it is sent out. However, we are only human, and things sometimes slip trough our quality check. If this has happened to you we apologize for our mistake, and we want to make things right.

  • full name
  • description of the problem
  • a photo of your entire order and if you received a damaged item/s please send a second photo of the item/s clearly showing the issue
Once we have received your info we will look over the case and contact you regarding the steps following in amending the issue.
