We offer flat rate shipping for all our paper products. So no matter how many you buy the shipping cost will stay the same.
Canada: $3.50CAD
United States: $5.75CAD
International other than USA: $6.50CAD.
If however you order more than 10 sticky notes, or items that are non paper good items, such as pens, key chain, pin etc. please note customers outside Canada will incur additional shipping costs.
The fees shipping fees can vary, they can increase to about $15.00CAD .
The increase is because we are not able to ship these items as letter mail. They must be sent as a "package".
All orders, unless you purchased the tracked postage upgrade, are sent as regular letter mail.
If you do not purchase the tracked postage option once your package is dropped off at the post office. Once out of our hands we are no longer liable and there is not much we can do if the package is lost. So please keep this in mind when ordering.
The following are estimated delivery times. This may vary depending on holidays or events that may affect mail volume. Customs processing times are also a factor not included in these estimates!
Canada: 2-10 business days
USA: 5-25 business days
International: 5-30 business days Please allow an extra week for any undeliverable items, it will be sent back to me.
Once your package has been dropped off to the postal service I am no longer responsible for any damage that is caused by transit to you. That is something I can not control.
Every order is secured in a clear plastic bag and card stock to prevent your stickers from bending. Depending on your order size each order is sent out in either card stock envelop, flat lay, or bubble mailer. We try our very best to ensure your stickers are safe and sound.
Refunds will not be issued for damaged packages.
If you are dissatisfied with your product please message me and we can try to find that works for both of us
Every month there is a featured mini sticker sheet that will be discounted for that particular month. Each month there will be a different sheet. On the sheet there is one sticker that you can use to put on you "collector's card". At the end of the given month that particular sheet will go back to regular price. All previous months will be available on the website just in case you miss out on one of the promo sheets.
This is a game in which you want to collect the items from the bottom of the various Promo sheets during the year, each month it will be a different item
You can place the monthly item(s) on the "blank collector's card". It is designed as a bare desk. Each of the monthly items are items you can place and "decorate" your desk. Collect all items from the different months and make your own personalized desk spread. If you collect all 12 items at the end of the year you will be entered to win a grand prize at the end of the year.
On the back of each of our business cards there is place for you to place bows. There is a bow found on the top of each each sticker sheet. Collect 15 bows, snap a picture, write the date, and send it to me to claim a deluxe sampler. Each die cut/ die cut set you purchase you will also receive a bow, which can be found in the cellophane bag that your die cuts will come in.
**There are also special GOLDEN bows, collect 5 of these, and get 250 reward points **
Reminder: Please email BEFORE you make an order to get the proper instructions on what to write in the "notes to seller" before checking out. If you plan to make a purchase and then send a photo of your completed card you must write a note in the "notes to seller" before checkout letting the Vanstickie team know that the photo is to follow. In short you MUST leave a note in the notes to seller informing us you are claiming a deluxe freebie.

We try our very best to make sure we send quality items in a timely manner. Each sheet is inspected and every order is checked against a packing slip before it is sent out. However, we are only human and things sometimes slip trough our quality check. So sorry if this occurs to you.
